TALL BOY CANS OR EXTRA STOUTS ONLY! Extra stouts I only drink from the bottle. The can goes in upsidedown, all the way to the bottom of the empty glass. Then, I slowly raise the can in ratio with the liquid that has accumulated in the glass, keeping the can about 1/2" above it. Follow through until the can is empty. Sometimes, if I want a bit of head on, I'll pour the last two ounces a bit heavy. Quite a science, huh?
