Ok so I put the two in. Poured some of the diesel from the old secondary into the new one. Tried to start it and nothing. I pumped maybe 30 times until it seemed fuel wanted to come out of the pump itself. I spilled some fuel here and there is that ok or should I wait for it to evaporate before strating it. The first time I tried starting it I saw some white smoke which I'm guessing was the fuel I spilled. Obviously I'm paranoid....Thanks
