Larry, I hope you are still following this thread as I need to know how you resolved this wiring issue. I recently purchased a set of Depo Euro lights for my 1983 300D (W123). The lights came with H4 100/90W Opti Blue super white halogen bulbs and Opti Blue unmarked (H3 type connections but no wattage specified).
Are these too high wattage for the 123 wiring?
Anyone had in history with these bulbs?
