Years ago, I had a friend whose dog would tip over beer bottles and lap up the spillings. The dog would get very agressive about people who would not give him a chance.

Now I have an alcoholic cat.

When I get home from work at 4:00 AM, I like to have a drink to relax from running the chicken s**t gauntlet coming home. According to an internet survey I read, in the ten miles from work to home, I go through four of the nation's worst 100 speed traps (not just speed, I've seen them ticket people for crossing railroad tracks after the train crossed while the gates are up, but the lights are still flashing.)

When I start to pour, the cat is there. If I don't let him have his fill, he won't let me sleep.

Do any of you have party animals in your house?
