Short term storage in the fridge is okay. To refresh, I put a few of them on a plate with a damp paper towel to cover and microwave for less than a minute to steam a little moisture back into 'em.

When they come out of the fridge kinda hard, you can also spread them out on a baking sheet, spray them with Pam and heat in 300° oven about 3-4 minutes. This works great for softening up corn tortillas for rolling.
