So will the devil. Unfortunately, his assistance does come with a price. You want high prices, ok. How about this. For every gallon of fuel you buy, dump a dollar into my personal fund. That will foce you to cut down on your driving and consumption, right?
So it solves the environmental problem (lets pretend), will it cause other problems in it's wake? Only a moron would think that a fix or attempted fix at one end will only bring good.
