on topic, surely this type of issue (equipment) has come up on Olypics before, and been resolved one way or another. I'd be curious how well the suit has been scientifically tested for bouyancy or another "unfair" advantage. The libertarian in me thinks that its impossible for a swinsuit to bring an unfair advantage with it, but Adidas/AP have failed to make that case.
