I am confused.
What your grand parents did was legal immigration; vastly different from this illegal invasion across our southern border.
I have only respect for anyone who comes to this country, follows our laws, works legally and pays their taxes. That is how the country was built; its called assimilation-- melting pot, etc.
But illegals staying in non-English speaking enclaves operating outside of the legal system is not assimilation; it is invasion.
