They asked me to be one once. went thru this big long list of questions. Last question was where I worked. When I said I worked for a newspaper, they said "nevermind". Darn fools could have made the disqualifying questions first on the list! Guess they don't want anyone in my area who might actually pay attention to what's going on in the world (well, besides the People mag world).
