Hi. When the time comes for me to replace my crappy '96 Dodge that I drive daily (MB is for sunny days), I would like to consider a Starmark MB.

Question 1: Do dealers negotiate on the price of Starmark cars?

Question 2: Can you lease a Starmark car?
