I'm in the Canada, in the Toronto area, ...vstech it has the colored wheel, and silver hub needles though I'm suspecting the odometer and other instruments have been replaced or tampered with, .... Its actually a 300D Turbo not 300TD I didn't realize there were different models. .....and the good news is it was just the fuel filters, I drove it for quite a while yesterday and it seems fine, I still don't understand why the engine was revving as if it was transmission related but maybe I was just hearing things??? ...anyways thanks for all your help everyone! -Robby
