Ouch ... I winced as I read about your jog.
I knocked a threaded collar (3-5 lbs.?) off the top of a temporary post which fell and hit my left AC.
This was about a year ago and it still hasn't healed. I've had shots and therapy, but nothing has worked so far. I have to go get it looked at again.
Do you have a vehicle to run? I'd love to do a "Dukes of Hazzard" style dirt road race.
