Herr Blau:
I assume what you need is the MCS Nav system. I don't know what they mean by the "GPS Nav system", maybe they mean the 98-99 pod-type system where the cd-rom reader goes under the passengers seat?
I am working with a fellow with the same basic question about his 2002 on the forum here.
Your 2000 does not have the GPS antenna already installed, but the hole and wiring is all in place and the antenna should come with it. If you have a factory phone, then you do have an antenna, unsure if it's got a GPS antenna integrated or not.
The cd-rom driver in the MCS unit is a drop-in, pretty easy but the MCS has to be removed. Also the dealer will need to program the MCS internal version coding for the Nav. You need to make sure the unit is supplied with a Nav disc for your area.
Let me know if you have further questions.
