There is no swelling to speak of though and today it seems better than yesterday.

1. Follow doc's orders..if they are not clear call the his nurse and ask.
2. If you don't
have to do anything don't. One thing I learned about my neck with 4 herniated disc's is when its getting bad I say F- work ethic and stay in bed, a short bed rest circumvents and unnecessary epidural and a week or two off work.
