Looking at your smoke opacity test which was 0.67 with a pass limit in your country of 4.00
I would say that maybe your engine isnt getting full fuel.
We in the UK have a similar test where the pass limit is K-3.00 for Turbo engines, and K-2.5 for non turbo..
Before adjusting anything, I would check that all the 'alda' lines and the solenoid (if fitted) are correct and not leaking. Maybe one pipe etc was mis-placed during assembly....
Another check would be to confirm the Turbo is in fact developing the correct pressure...
Maybe worth confirming the Injection-Timing, as its all been apart recently...
If all is well, and if you have access to a 'smoke-tester' I would then start to adjust the Alda to give a reading of around 2.5-2.8 on a F.A.S. test (Basically floor throttle for half to 1 second and take readings).....Not much point in going higher on the smoke....
By that time you should be running pretty well, and still have a good clean exhaust....
