thanks to everyone helping me with figuring out vacuum,shifting issues...i have removed the 3/2 valve(was holding vacuum fine) from the equation and it seems to shift fine..and i can get exact reading on VCV(have it set from 12hg to 0hg)...thought 3/2 valve was necessary because there is no bowden cable on 1981 300d non turbo but it seems to just give me too high of reading to try and dial trans modulator in...i ended up turning trans modulator back 1 full rotation...seems to be shifting fine...so i guess no need for valve on valve cover,,,thanks everyone!!
