Do you quiz people about what they were doing when you were 8 years old when you first meet them? I have yet to see anywhere any evidence (or mention for that matter) of when Obama learned of Ayers' past.
I saw a film about the SDS/Weathermen. God what a bunch of arrogant punks. Ayers said he felt the same way when he saw the film. He looked pretty arrogant in his mug shot.
However, I bear in mind that our gub-mint was slaughtering a bunch of peasants knee deep in mud at the time and plenty of us,
RIGHTLY, believed it was insane and noted that govt. powers that be had about zero interest in that assessment.
People went way overboard, no doubt. I never did anything in the same hemisphere as that stuff and don't know anyone who did.
My religious training teaches me to forgive others and it's not like Ayers raped a child over and over.
