, I am preparing for a lengthy pretrial conference scheduled for tomorrow involving a guy ('Nam vet F4 pilot) who got hit from behind while riding a motorcycle in the RH turn lane, by some jackass in a hooptie with 24"s on it that was driving to get to the RH turn lane via the breakdown lane. The guy didn't even turn his stereo down until the cops arrived.
