So in the first pic their is a red with yellow strip vacuum line that attaches to that pink thing. What is it all? It was unplugges but if I plug it in I hear some kind of wining noise that varies it's pitch from low to high. Any ideas?

Second pic: Well as you see I have an ignition swith because the car doesn't turn on with the key. I don't know why. But for now, I'm trying to wire a tape deck. The black sheath has a black, grey, red and brown wire. Does anyone know what they are? Their is also a blue wire not in that sheath. What's that do? Any suggestions?
