I'm a big guy and I actualy liked the .45. If I came down on the target I didn't have a problem, the kick back wasn't really that bad. If I wanted to run through a clip in like 5 seconds and hit something that would take a lot of practice!

You really need to practice with a .45 to be able to put a lot of rounds on target well.
The full sized .45 felt good, I checked out a compact S&W .40 and it felt kind of small.
I'd buy a Desert Eagle, thats a mans gun, it will put some hair on your chest!
