The passenger airbag was optional in '91, not sure when it became standard. I also don't know if the airbag dash is the same as the non-airbag (pass-side) dash, but I'll continue to look for a non-passenger airbag dash. The one I pulled without airbag seemed identical to the '87 in mounting and construction, except for the wood strips.
