A while ago, I ordered some nozzles for my then 'new' 190D 2.5...

For some reason,--Wasnt thinking straight that day!-- I used a Co. called 'Help-Today'--a pretty good reputable Co who deal with loads of makers of parts...

I recieved 5 indian made Bosch DNOSD261, at a cost of 8.50 each (Sterling)....

I found that one had problems when first run, severe nailing/smoke etc...

I removed it, cleaned Well, and re-fitted...

No problems since, Now done around 6 odd K miles, great starting, no nailing, great power (For a N/A 190D)!....

It would appear that Maybe the post-production cleaning etc, wasnt perfect for some batches of Indian nozzles, leading to issues...
