First of all, are you sure your 16V has a 3.27:1? In the U.S. only the 2.3 liter model was available and it came with a 3.27:1 LSD. Euro models were fitted with 3.07:1. Your car, being a 2.5, probably has a 3.07:1 but I'm guessing.
Rebuild costs will vary depending on where you are. A rough estimate would be about $500 to $600.
