geoff,

you need to replace that "fuel" line... it does not carry fuel it vents excess pressure that the turbo could build up so that you do not get into an over boost situation.

it goes to the waste gate and when the boost is too high the waste gae opens and vents a bit of the pressure off.

as far as the air cleaner bracket i can not help much.
