Hi Strife
really appreciate the concern and important to point out to anyone thinking of doing the same, these are not bolts from home depot and are higher than grade 8 nuts and bolts. I got mine from a local specialty supplier "Tacoma nut and screw". I think we are OK, the original seat rails are 12 gauge rolled mild steel and my rails are 2mm mild steel, they are bolted into the original mounting holes with the original bolts. The jag seats are secured to the rails with high tensile steel bolts with very high shear specs (around 12 tons as I remember, they are 10mm diameter high tensile with 1mm thread pitch). They are actually higher grade than the originals (grade 8) that Jaguar used to secure the seat. I also used the original torx bolt to secure the seat belt to the seat
good to keep this in mind if you decide to change
cheers
Barri
