Actually, on my 606 I can R & R the belt, spring, damper, roller pulley and tensioner pivot arm and have it all back together in 45 minutes. Just did this after work a few weeks ago when my roller pulley snapped off.

Trick is to pull the bolts on the radiator crossmember and front bracket and remove the crossmember allowing you to pull the rad forward ~2". Using a hunk of 17mm hex you can then get a breaker bar and short socket on the hex to break the tensioner pivot bolt free. A piece of cardboard against the back of the rad prevents damage to the fins. The fan blades have narrow and wide spacings, turn it where a wide space is over the bolt head for better access.
