They've started cracking down on businesses for washing their company vehicles on their property without the proper containment and catch basins, filtering system or waste removal contract for disposal of the contaminated water. We used to put the guys to work during the slow times and they'd clean and detail them all. With the vans, minivans and pickups it's not a big deal, we just run them through the car wash. With the bigger trucks there aren't any local truck washes so it can be a couple weeks before we pass one again. Things can get pretty scroungy looking in a couple weeks!

Homeowners are probably on the radar screen next.
