Heres the spec

First, the new bolt lengths, and the maximum lengths that are acceptable for re-use

Bolt Length New 102 / 115
Max Length 104 / 117

Second, the tightening procedure

1 15 Nm
2 35 Nm
3 90 degrees
- 10 minutes settling time
4 90 degrees

There's no torque equivalant from using the 90 degree angles.

I would strongly recomend that after stage 2 is complete, that the bolts are marked with white paint, with the mark pointing forwards.

Then, after stage 3, all the white marks should point towards the passenger (LHD) side of the car, and after stage 4, all the marks should point towards the back of the car. There is no equivalent torque - you can't check with a torque wrench, and so, the paint marks are vital if you want to check your work [or, if like me, you're likely to be disturbed by SWMBO half way through the procedure!]
