I used that site to advertise my car when it was time to get rid of it. I had already gotten an insurance settlement so I just wanted to give it away but not to a junkyard. Well, there was the car, and probably nearly another ton of parts that all had to go to a willing "buyer" which wasn't extremely hard to find.

I did get some emails asking if I would part with some of the most valuable parts that I had, and I'm sure that they wanted them cheap. This included a ported and polished cylinder head that had not been used since the machine work was done, with a matching intake manifold for dual Webber 2-bbls and a not-very-streetable camshaft. Yea, right, I'm going to give that away by itself.

That would not have suited my goals of getting out of that brand with a minimum of fuss.
