Whenever my headlights are on, my reverse lights are stuck full on. I don't seem to have working rear lights (or they're overpowered by the white rears so I can't see them.)

What might be causes of such a thing?

I'm getting ready to re-do some of the electrical due to stereo gremlins and my seatbelt indicator going on randomly, and I just got pulled over for my rear lights last night and need to get moving on those ASAP.
