I pulled my 12 year old Bianchi out and rode it today for the first time in years. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed riding
. Three times in my life I have gotten out on it after a long time and remembered how much I love to ride. I rode to college for 3 of the 4 years, commuted to work (11-1/2 miles one way) from 1992 through 1997. Anybody ever have a water bottle freeze and couldn't get any water out of while riding? During that time it was not unusual at all to ride for 300-400 miles/week. It was fun stirring up those old familiar feelings this afternoon. I plan on trying to get out on it every afternoon for awhile.
