w202 w/155k miles (just ordered my high-mileage badge - yippee!).

it's idling rough (with a surge periodically - especially when warm) and i just got a p0101. looks like a MAF sensor? anything else i ought to look at?

she's got a new egr tube & egr as well as several new vacuum lines (6 mos/5k miles ago).

is the MAF a DIY item? if so, where is it, and any special tools needed?
