Lots of W124 lights on ebay.
Basically, it's a plug and play.
Only things that will not work are the USA spec wipers, nein gut for euros. If you delete the wipers, get the 260E blank plates, around $20-30 for the pair plus painting.
And you'll need a 3 X 2 matrix plug for the chassis wires that plug into the euro housings. Hint: Get a set of W123 tail light plugs, they work great!
Best are the Bosch/Hella sets, but there are Asian knock-offs that will also do the job for a lot less. OEM sell new for around $600 a pair, Asians are around $250 a set.
Again, look on ebay, but stay away from the non stock looking ricer lights, keep with the original style.
One other thing, some lights have vacuum adjusters, some don't. The conversion kit for the vacuum adjust can cost around $90, for the bezel, switch, and lines.
