yeah actually the wings from what I am told by a friend who is ina racing club of riced out hondas, is because they lighten up the rear of the car so much, without it, lift off.

so its to keep the rear on the ground because of the light weight in the rear of the car.
Sounds like a good explanation to me. but I still don't know if I buy it or not.
Any aerodynamics guru's out there want to chime in?
