I would really like to have new nozzles put on mine, but really struggle with the idea of sending them out for over a week. If I could just change the nozzles that would be great!

Yes, I assumed the pop pressures were correct, and for a good reason. I also replaced the nozzles on both of my W123 diesels and back then my tester worked and I saw the pop pressures were still within spec after the replacement. The key is not to mismatch any of the internal injector parts, especially the springs and shims. Changing the nozzle only should not change the pop pressure too much. This time without the tester working I was more worried about the spray pattern, but I just had to trust the Bosio quality. Judging by the engine sound, especially above idle, I'm pretty sure the spray patterns are decent.
