I forgot to mention that I already knew what the original pop pressures were from my last injector testing about 2 years ago.

Also, to maintain cleanliness which is critical during this job, I have 2 bowls of filtered diesel fuel, one for pre-cleaning the dirtier injector halves and the other for cleaning all the parts. Of course wear gloves (nitriles work well) and a mask is helpful.
