Had a couple of friends, organic farmers, who grew arugula and a large number of other specialty salad crops they hand-delivered to a wealthy clientele. For services rendered, they used to give me a basket now and then. It included arugula. I liked it fine, but no more than any other green leafy salad material. I've never grown it.
