I'm definitely more of a leaf lettuce fan but a little Arugala, Escarolle and Cicoria (Italian Dandelion) thrown into the mix livens it up a little bit. They are definitely on the bitter side.

The bitterness helps cut through all of the bacon, cheese and Gorgonzola/Bleu Cheese/Ranch dressing. (Just kidding of course. Well, mostly.)
