..and lastly, take your V meter and give me a V reading at pin #2 of the 38 pin connector ... meters + to pin 2 and - to engine ground w/key ON.
No jumpers or anything like that..I just want a reading ...
Also , did you clear the codes after replacing the relay and did the new relay have any V rating.?
