If you post a photo of your IP we can tell you if it is complete or not. I have the same model and the lift pump is mounted on the side of the IP along with the manual primer pump. It's a relatively simple system.

And you check the oil level in the IP by removing the bolt on the side of the pump, behind the lift pump, under the #3-#4 delivery valve and add oil until it comes out the hole, then replace the bolt.
