I have met Jim in person and I found him to be a very nice man.

I think he had a valid point but did not realize how negatively his post would be seen by others.

Its a very easy medium to post things in that are easily misunderstood, with no facial gestures to read.


The OP on the other hand may well have been very upset and therefore omitted the information needed.
