But then again, anyone who has their alarm set that sensitive should have it going off even when most cars drive by.
I always had mine set so that it would go off only if the windows were broken, or if metal came in contact with the windows, there was a mic on the alarms I would choose to pick up the metal noise hitting the window, so the slightest key touching a window would set it off. If you hit a body panel hard enough, then it will go off too.
The reason I would have mine set at the least amount of sensitivity is that you don't need it to be any more sensitive if it is setup correctly.
