That film may be emanating from the interior plastic. Use a quality window cleaner, I like Wurth available at www.carcareonline.com, use gloves and don't enhale it
A good wipe rag, I like 100% cotton diapers available at Target, don't use them on paint or wood trim.
Use lots of muscle at wiping the cleaner and haze off the window.
