I am sorry for your terrible experience. This guy appears to be either a criminal or someone more stupid than Forest Gump. I have noticed that a lot of mechanics out there don't know a thing about MBZs. Since the state requires smog checks, it should also provide mechanics who know what the hell they're doing, and be responsible for the morons and criminals they certify.
