The 108's had a first aid kit, it was mounted to the left trunk liner (the hardboard piece in the trunk). Mine, as well as almost all the others have long since gone by the wayside. Look at your liner, you should see two holes in the board where the bracket belongs. I have seen one 108 with the factory first aid kit properly mounted (same car also had the original spare too). The owner is a MBShop member from Las Vegas.
