NO. I tried. The W124 visors are longer, the W123 visors are wider. Neither will fit the other car.

You might be able to move the front seats. It might be nice (or not) to have power seats but you'd have to figure out how to install control switches. The W124 seat control switches are in the door panel, a lot of work to retrofit into a car that never had them.

One thing to look for is a version of the front dome light that has a map light but fits in the W123 hole (NOT the W124 dome light with all its switches and sensors). Some early S-class cars had them. I got mine from an early-80s 500 SEC.
