I have a cell phone for those specific times when I'd need a pay phone.........and, naturally, they hardly exist anymore.

400 minutes per year is about 2X what I need. The cost is $100. and well worth the expense.

Your answer to those kids is simple:

You can have a cell phone anytime you wish..........simply pay the bill when it comes.
