I am having a problem with the blower motor for heat & A/C not turning on. I have checked voltage to the motor and found that on high im getting 7.1V, low 1.2V & auto 4.6V. Would this be a climate control unit problem or should I look further? From as far as I can tell the unit is getting 12.6V into it.
