I know the feeling: the largest wildfire in the country is burning right now about 200 mi. south of my house in VA, and the smoke on the water in the Chesapeake Bay looks like fog and is a hindrance to navigation. Two weeks ago, I actually saw what I thought was fog at about a mile and when we got into it it was hard to breathe.
