Par for the course, at least they "kinda" made you whole again...

When they'd snap a stud off, they'll just tell the customer that "you old stud broke, it happens all the time, and we cant replace it"

They'd just send the car half a mile down the road to us, where we'd fix it, and let them know that walmart broke it, and will break more in the future...
